Having over 20 years of management experience, Kim Zentz has held positions as CEO of the Spokane Transit Authority, Founding President and COO of Avista Labs (now ReliOn) and Manager of Gas and Electric Technical Services for Avista Utilities. She focused on development of teams, disciplined management of major capital programs and substantial operating budgets, and stakeholder involvement. Zentz holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Engineering Management from Washington State University.

Prior to Sirti, John Overby served as regional director of the North Idaho Small Business Development Center. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Overby was a cofounder and director of business development of Spokane-based World Wide Packets and cofounder, CEO and director of Advanced Hardware Architecture (now Comtech AHA), a Sirti alumnus in Moscow, Idaho. Additionally, he was the founder, president and director of Advanced Input Systems in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, which was sold to Esterline.

A veteran of a number of Spokane’s technology companies, Linda Hemingway has a background in strategic marketing, marketing communications and sales. Ms. Hemingway held positions as LineSoft’s vice president of marketing and business development and director of sales and marketing prior to LineSoft’s acquisition by Itron in 2002. Following success at LineSoft, Hemingway joined the start-up company, Toolbuilders, where she served as vice president of marketing and sales. Prior to Sirti, Hemingway ran Hemingway Marketing, a provider of marketing and business consulting services. Hemingway has also held marketing positions with Output Technology Corporation and Olivetti North America.

Tim Williams possesses an extensive background in financial planning and operational management for a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Williams has held positions as senior marketing engineer, controller and finance manager while working at Agilent Technologies. At Hewlett-Packard, Williams previously held positions including finance manager, information systems manager and financial analyst.

With over 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, Mike Urso has a broad range of marketing, product development and new business development experience. Prior to joining Sirti, Mr. Urso was the vice president of marketing for Potlatch Corporation and the Global New Business Development Manager and Global Composite Materials Project Manager for The Dow Chemical Company. With a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, Mr. Urso is particularly adept at analyzing situations as well as developing and implementing strategic action plans.
