For Sirti, Client Services are the core goal: helping Inland Northwest entrepreneurs develop a product, and often a company. Client Services first examines the product and the marketplace to assess the proposal’s viability. Should the assessment be positive, Sirti’s team puts its skills to work to accelerate the path to market.
Client Services engages a series of activities. Among them are: technology evaluation, intellectual property assessment (including its protection, market potential and competitive analysis), regulatory standards review, business plan development, (including management structure and production planning), marketing and sales strategy, and finding funds—private, public or debt.
Ideas and entrepreneurs come to Sirti from many corners of the Inland Northwest: our universities, our existing companies and the proverbial inventor in the garage. Every year, the client services team reviews dozens of possibilities. Every year, Sirti actively engages with upwards of fifty companies. For those companies where the fit is not as appropriate, the Sirti team works to help find them a partner for the next stage in their evolution.
Sirti realizes its staff cannot answer every question for its clients. Consequently, the team works hard at augmenting its skill base by tapping into the region’s rich pools of private and public expertise.
Sirti’s philosophy is one of committing its resources for the long-term to its clients. From experience, we know that it takes a long time for most technology companies to attain self-sustaining growth.
